Shepherd commented: Josh gained his level-one qualification this time last year and has played an active role in after-school clubs since then. With our other young leaders from King Alfred, he coached during our primary-school TAG festival and the invaluable help of these young people continue to make our festivals a huge success.

Heck, even Owl Cornerbacks Coach Jason Washington was hobbled while recovering from knee surgery. Add to their struggles injuries on the Defensive Line and a constantly changing rotation at the Safety positions and the year was one best left behind.
