I agree with almost everything you have stated. However there is one thing statement you have made which I think is completely and I mean completely incorrect. The Husky Band is doing just fine, if there is one element to football games at Husky Stadium that has remained first class through the good times and bad it has been the band. During half time of the OSU UW game this year they were the best part of the game for any UW fan. They do extremely complex maneuvers and run onto the field at halftime with more enthusiasm then the football team has in some time. I have a feeling that if you asked the fans most of them would say that the band is doing just fine. Other bands in the conference are performing better than ever before and the Husky Band still outperforms them by leaps and bounds, so maybe we are watching different blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com
