After speaking to animal control, I found that this site meets only minimal standards for licensing as a kennel, and that they attempt to monitor it once to twice a year.
It only takes one look at the trailer, which is the most obvious, to know these animals are housed without shade, in cages and without human companionship and love. I am terribly saddened to think that for over 150 dogs, this is the life they have. Some will be sold to pet stores where people will buy them, unaware of their lack of socialization. Some will be repeatedly bred until they wear out, and none of them will be able to speak for themselves.
