There was something for everyone at the open house. Dozens of dogs of all sizes and shapes lined up for the dog washing, enjoying the cool refreshing water and loving touches from volunteers. After the bath, many dogs wandered over to the dog massage booth by Linda Sharpenger for a relaxing rub down. And then it was off to get a picture taken next to a swamp buggy. www.zwire.com

I can still see him standing there, folding his money and looking up at me grinning. www.sandmountainreporter.com
