I have to agree. My friend and I went to the Shelter last week, she adopted a dog. But the condition is terrible. The kennels smell better than the front office. Dogs everywhere, even in the bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but understaffed to say the least. I fear many of the dogs wont be adopted because they do appear to be aggressive but you really cane expect much living in the conditions they do. Some of the dogs had been there for months. I hate the idea of euthanizing animals because of inadequate space. This shelter is decades old and hasnt kept up with the valleys growth. Yet the county can afford to put in "shotty" at best sidewalks, where a sidewalk already exsisted I think they need to re-evaluate their priorities a bit. I also think maybe the county should look at
